Curriculum

The Curriculum of ISOM Online offers courses such as biblical studies, pastoral ministry, marketplace ministry, women’s ministry, children’s ministry, and more. ISOM confers associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees,

 

We have partnered with three institutions to offer degree pathways, such as Christian Leadership University (CLU)Vision International College and Seminary (VICS), and Covenant Theological Seminary (CTS)

Associate of Biblical Studies

Beginner • 3 hrs

Our first program consists of two more trimesters of instruction, with a deeper exploration of Biblical, various areas of theology, Christian ministry, and more. If a student decides to graduate, they can expect to receive an Associate of Biblical Studies (A.B.S.) or an Associate of Ministry (A.Min.) degree, with a broader range of knowledge as they accept the call of God in their life.

Bachelor of Ministry (B.Min.)

Beginner • 12 Hrs

Our second program consists of all elective modules, so the student can customize their training according to their specific areas of interest. Students have the opportunity to choose any five elective modules, which include pastoral studies, marketplace (Christian business), Children’s Ministry, Women’s ministry, Messianic studies, and more. In addition to specific courses, the bachelor’s program also includes core concentration to ensure comprehensive training that is relevant to ministry, regardless of the student’s specialization. A student who graduates will receive a Bachelor of Ministry (B.Min.) and will be prepared for vocational ministry in the local church or marketplace ministry.

Master of Ministry (M.Min.)

Intermediate • 18 Hrs

Our fourth program consists of advanced intensive study. Created for vocational ministers and church leaders who desire to apply their knowledge and experience in their ministry field. Students who want to train in a specific area of ministry may take advance of this option.

Students have the opportunity to choose 3 elective modules and customize their training according to their specific areas of interest. Modules include Pastoral, Messianic, Christian Business (Marketplace ministry), Women’s Ministry, Children’s Ministry, and more. In addition, students will have comprehensive training that is relevant to ministry, regardless of the student’s specialization for vocational ministry in the local church or marketplace.

Students who take advantage of this program, in addition to the 3 elective modules, must also complete the following:

      1. 9 written book reports
      2. a graduate-level thesis (adjudicated by doctoral professors)
