Dr. Peter Heslam

Peter Heslam is an English researcher, university lecturer, public speaker, and author. He is the director of Transforming Business, a research and development project at the University of Cambridge that analyses and catalyzes enterprise solutions to poverty. His books include Creating a Christian Worldview: Abraham Kuyper’s Lectures on Calvinism, Globalization and the Good, and Globalization: Unravelling the New Capitalism. He holds degrees in social science, history, ethics, and theology from both the University of Cambridge, in Cambridge, England, and the University of Oxford, in Oxford, England.

Course Description

In this session, you will discover your calling or vocation from a biblical perspective. This lesson will introduce you to the Dutch statesman and theologian Abraham Kuyper and how he was able to envision and implement transformation in the workplace. Finally, the findings of Peter Heslam’s research will reveal an understanding of business leaders today. The goal of this session is that you will be able to catch the vision on what our part will be both individually and communally in affecting cultural renewal in personal lives and work situations in any part of the world.
