It emphasizes Jesus’ focus on raising leaders, the role of effective teaching and the local church in disciples’ training, and the goal of preparing faithful individuals committed to God’s Word for effective service. The importance of a balanced educational philosophy, along with the need for qualified faculty and adequate resources, is highlighted to equip students for ministry. Sessions

1. Model for Ministry Training

In this session, we explore the foundational approach to ministry training based on Jesus’ model. Emphasizing the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20), the session underscores the global mandate to make disciples, teaching and training for effective service. Examining the early Church’s experiences, including the Jerusalem Explosion and the Antioch Experience, we learn how leaders were raised within the local church. The session concludes with Paul’s systematic teaching in Ephesus, emphasizing comprehensive training in theology and practical Christian living. The transformative outcome of this model is evident in extraordinary miracles and the widespread spread of the Gospel (Acts 19:11). This session advocates for systematic, Spirit-led training within the local church.

2. The Goal and Objective of Educational Ministry

In this session, emphasis is placed on replicating faithful disciples committed to the Word of God. Drawing from 2 Timothy 2:2, the goal is to identify individuals full of faith, intimately connected to the Word, and capable of teaching others. The ultimate aim is a consistent Christian lifestyle and preparation for full-time service in God’s kingdom. Love, a good conscience, and sincere faith are the central objectives, surpassing mere academic achievements. The educational philosophy mirrors Jesus’ balanced growth in wisdom, stature, favor with God, and favor with men. The session concludes with the importance of planning, commitment, and networking for establishing a Bible training institute.

3. Planning Your Institute

Session 3: “Planning Your Institute” emphasizes the practical aspects of establishing a Bible institute. The session delves into the importance of studying the Bible systematically, drawing insights from 2 Timothy 3:16-17. The lesson outlines key considerations, including securing a suitable location, recruiting dedicated individuals, creating a well-thought-out program, and managing resources effectively. It underscores the need for a delivery system, offering various methods such as video and lectures. Choosing a comprehensive curriculum, selecting qualified faculty, and providing necessary resources for their growth are crucial. The session highlights resourcefulness, commitment, and the importance of student engagement, emphasizing that everyone involved should be lifelong learners.
