Tuition and Fees

ISOM strives to keep student costs as low as possible. Please note that fees listed in published catalogs may become outdated. ISOM reserves the right to increase or adjust any listed fees — even after initial charges or payments have been made. Except for mandatory system-wide fees, all amounts are subject to change without notice until instruction begins for a given semester or quarter. All listed fees should be considered estimates and are subject to change.

Tuition

ISOM offers flexible tuition options for all program levels — Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s. Students may choose to pay annually at a discounted rate or monthly, with a minimum enrollment commitment of 12 months per program. Tuition includes access to all required online courses, video content, study guides, and exams. If a student takes longer than 12 months to complete a program, additional monthly payments will be required. Students who finish early are still responsible for the full 12-month tuition.

Other Fees

Additional fees may apply depending on the student’s needs. These may include a Transfer Fee for students entering ISOM with prior coursework, an optional Student ID Card, and the option to purchase printed hard copies of study guides. These items are not included in tuition and are billed separately.

Degree Processing Fees

Students who are eligible to graduate will be charged a one-time Degree Processing Fee. This fee covers the administrative steps required to finalize academic records and prepare the official diploma. It includes verification of program completion and document preparation.

Note: This fee does not include shipping of the diploma or participation in a commencement ceremony.

ISOM typically holds a commencement ceremony once a year during our biennial conference in San Bernardino, California. Participation is optional and announced in advance. To stay informed about upcoming graduation opportunities and events, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Transcripts for Current Students, Former Students, and Alumni

ISOM transcripts provide an official record of a student’s academic history, including course titles, credit hours attempted, and final grades for each term of enrollment. Transfer credits and exam-based credits are summarized but not listed in detail.

ISOM offers two delivery formats:

  • Printed transcripts: Mailed to a physical address
  • Electronic transcripts (PDF): Emailed to the designated recipient

Official Transcripts

These are used for transferring to another institution, applying to graduate school, internships, or scholarships. They are sent directly to a college, university, or third party.

Unofficial Transcripts

Intended for personal reference, unofficial transcripts provide a full overview of your academic history and are sent directly to you.

Note: Transcript shipping will apply. Please contact ISOM Student Services at grades@isom.org for the current fee schedule and request instructions.
